A single-page view of the Republic's command structure, drawn from the canonical Codex Terranus (L3_T1_A002 V4 — Integrated View). The First Consul holds executive authority. The Consilium Primum — ten Praetors plus the Commissar-General — is the operational governing body. Eight vertical Praetoriae each own a Branch (Cohors); two horizontal Praetoriae cut across the whole organisation. The Holy Office runs in parallel, answering directly to the First Consul. Two external layers — the Foederati Vigiliae (allied auxiliaries) and the Peregrini Vigiliae (unsworn members) — sit alongside the sworn body.
The Organogram
The whole Republic, on one record.
Triplet Identity
Every sworn member of the Republic is referenced by a three-part identifier:
[Rank] · [Branch — Cohors] · [Directorate]
For example: Centurio · Arma (Classis) · Praetoria Bellica — an Officer who serves in the Combat Branch's naval division, under the Operations Directorate.
External Layers
Foederati Vigiliae
Allied units operating under sanctioned treaty (Foedus). Two tiers: Foedus Militaris (Tier II, with Legatus Foederatus holding an advisory seat in the Consilium) and Foedus Auxiliarius (Tier I, coordinating directly with Operations). Foederati are not sworn Citizens; the relationship is contractual, time-bound, and revocable.
Peregrini Vigiliae
Community members who have not taken the Oath of Vigil. They hold no rank, are entered on a separate Peregrini register (kept by Praetoria Civium), and may join all operations without roleplay obligation. The Holy Office holds no jurisdiction over them. Conversion to Tiro is voluntary, by application, and never pressured.
