The Republic is reachable. Different concerns go to different doors — choose the one that matches yours.

1. Joining the Republic

The standard path for prospective members is the Recruit page. It explains the application flow, the orientation period, and the Oath of Vigil.

For day-to-day interaction with the community, the entry point is our Discord server.

2. Operational and Doctrinal Questions

If you are a Citizen, Recruit, or candidate with a question about doctrine, operations, or your standing in the organisation, raise it directly with your Officer. The chain is:

1. Centurio — your direct Officer.
2. Praefectus — the branch chief above your Officer.
3. Praetor of the relevant Directorate — for cross-branch or directorate-level matters.
4. Magister Vigiliae — for doctrinal questions specifically related to the Holy Office.
5. Consul Primus — only when prior steps have not produced a resolution.

This is the in-organisation pathway and exists for reasons of order. Do not skip steps without cause.

3. Conduct, Disputes, and Safety

If your concern is about conduct or safety — harassment, OOC Safety Pause aftermath, dispute with another member — see the Code of Conduct, Section 7. That section sets out the reporting paths and protects the reporter by default.

Sensitive complaints can bypass the chain and go directly to a member of High Command.

4. Legal, Privacy, and Intellectual Property

For correspondence about:

• Privacy — data deletion requests, questions about this site’s data handling
• Intellectual property — concerns from rights-holders about content on this site
• Legal — formal correspondence, regulatory requests, takedown notices

…use the formal address below. Communications of this kind are handled by the Praetoria Vocis (communications directorate) in coordination with High Command.

The Republic engages in good faith with rights-holders and regulators. Where specific content is identified as falling outside permitted use, it is reviewed and adjusted within a reasonable period.

5. Press, Collaborations, Other

For press enquiries, collaboration proposals from other gaming communities, or anything else that does not fit the categories above, use the formal address listed in Section 4. Mark the subject line accordingly.

6. Official Channels — Quick Reference

These are the only official channels of the Terran Republic. Any account, server, or address representing itself as the Republic outside these endpoints is unauthorised.

The Republic is not silent. It speaks where speech is in order.
