This page explains, in plain English, how this site handles data when you visit it.
The Republic operates a low-data-footprint site by deliberate choice. We do not need to know who you are to deliver the page you requested.
1. What this site collects
This site is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not run a database, a user account system, or any application that stores visitor information.
When you load a page, the following normal web traffic information is processed by Cloudflare (the hosting provider):
- Your IP address (for the duration of the request, to deliver the page)
- The page you requested
- Your browser identification string (User-Agent)
- The previous page you came from, if your browser sent a referrer
- Approximate geographic region (for routing the page to a nearby server)
This information is processed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and used for normal web infrastructure purposes — security, abuse prevention, routing, and aggregate analytics. The Republic does not see, store, or have access to your individual visit data.

2. What this site does NOT do
This site does not:
- set tracking cookies of its own;
- include third-party advertising networks;
- include third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.);
- attempt to identify you across sessions;
- sell, share, or commercialise any data.
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on this site (it may be, for aggregate page-view counts), it operates without cookies and without collecting personal identifiers, by design. See Cloudflare’s documentation for technical detail.
3. Your interactions with the organisation
If you choose to interact with the Terran Republic outside this site — by joining the Discord server, applying for membership, or contacting an Officer — that interaction is processed under the privacy practices of those platforms (Discord, your email provider, etc.) and the Republic’s internal records.
Internal records typically include:
- Your Discord handle
- Your declared age confirmation
- Your in-game callsign, where applicable
- The dates of your operations and your standing within the Republic
These are kept inside the Discord server and the organisation’s internal registers. They are visible to Officers on a need-to-know basis. They are not shared with third parties.
You may request deletion of your internal records by contacting High Command via the channels listed on the Contact page. Deletion is honoured within a reasonable period, subject to any preservation that may be required for handling pending disputes.
4. Children
This site and the Republic admit adults only (see Code of Conduct, Section 5). The Republic does not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has been admitted in error, contact us and the account will be removed.
5. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Material changes are announced on this page. The page footer will indicate the date of last revision.
